Austrian winegrowers have newly discovered and re-interpreted white Burgundy grape varieties in an interesting manner.
The diversity of Burgundy varieties has been cultivated with great care in all wine regions in the last couple of years. The approximately 2,000 hectares of Pinot blanc are mostly drunk “classically”, which means fruity and young.
