Training the vines – our primary task during the coming weeks!

By means of this process, young shoots are gathered into the wire frame in order to 0btain a desirably tall and delicate canopy of leaves. Two adjustable pairs of wires are opened out to a wider spacing; this will make the work of training the vines less arduous in the next few weeks.
