Since the 2014 vintage, there is a new vineyard site – one rich in tradition – that Kollwentz has brought once more to life: the Katerstein. A marvellous, tightly woven and muscular Chardonnay has come into being from the Katerstein, one full of radiant minerality with great depth of flavour. Bravo!
