With the 2015 and 2016 vintages, Andi Kollwentz had two very different, but very good vintages at his disposal for the Weißweinbereitung.
Both of the Sauvignons are an example for this, but the Steinmühle 2016, delicate and elegant as it is, made a particular impression.
