For the fourth time, a ten-person jury made up of wine journalists, wine merchants and wine scholars chose the best Prädikat wines from Burgenland.

Winner in the category Eiswein/Schilfwein/Strohwein with a five star rating was the Welschriesling Eiswein from the Kollwentz family. Third place and five stars for their Scheurebe Trockenbeerenauslese 2004.
