General terms and conditions
of the Kollwentz Wine Estate

1. Ordering wine:
Please place your orders with us either over the telephone at +43 2682 651580, or via email to kollwentz@kollwentz.at. Orders are considered binding. You will receive confirmation from us via email. Remittance to be made by payment slip. We ask your understanding that for initial orders we reserve the right to request payment in advance or with a credit card.

2. Risk:
Wine is packed in DPD cartons, and shipped by Speditio. Please examine the merchandise upon receipt for completeness and condition. Any potential claims must be noted on the shipper’s receipt, otherwise they cannot be validated. In the case of rare wines we reserve the right to reimburse the customer for their cost, and may decline to send them yet again.

3. Terms of payment:
Money transfers should be made to account # 700.450 at the Großhöflein branch of Raiffeisenbank, BIC 33135, made payable to Weingut Kollwentz, 7051 Großhöflein

4. Copyright:
Texts, images, animation and photographs on our website are protected under copyright law and may not be reproduced.

5. Data Protection:
All information that you communicate to us in the course of placing a wine order will be handled in strictest confidentiality, and absolutely never passed to a third party. Here the provisions of Austrian Data Protection Law are in effect.

6. Our legal jurisdiction is Eisenstadt.
