On 22 November 2010, presentation of the Golden Cluster award, launched by Casinos Austria and Wein Burgenland, took place in the festive surroundings of Schloss Esterhazy.
Anton Kollwentz, the doyen of Burgenland wine production, was honoured for his life’s work. State governor Hans Niessl would not be deprived of the honour of personally conferring this accolade upon Kollwentz.
