Green harvest complete!

We’re finished with thinning-out the Zweigelt and the Blaufränkisch; the summery heat has dried up the discarded grapes. The clusters of Blaufränkisch remaining on the vine are beginning to change colour, while the Zweigelt is nearly through with the process.

Last night it rained—10 litres per square metre—for which we are very thankful!
