Falstaff Burgundertrophy 2012
Press
The Chardonnay only started to spread in Burgenland at the end of the 1980s and is today one of the most popular high-quality white wines of the federal state.
This is reflected in the number of samples submitted to the Burgundy Trophy, where Chardonnay accounts for more than half of all wines presented. All-rounder Andreas Kollwentz from Großhöflein ranked second with his substantial Chardonnay Leithaberg 2011, which is one of the winners of this group year after year.
